For the first time in Pennsylvania there are four distinct statewide entities working in concert to promote a comprehensive Latino community agenda:

The Governor’s Advisory Commission on Latino Affairs (GACLA) is the State government advocate agency for Latino residents, charged with making recommendations to the Governor on policies, procedures and legislation that would enhance the status of the Latino community in Pennsylvania.

The Pennsylvania State Latino Coalition (PSLC) is a non-profit, non-partisan alliance of community activists that serves as a statewide institutional catalyst for positive social change and political advancement.

The Pennsylvania Latino Chamber of Commerce (PLCC) is a not for profit member organization created to advocate, promote and facilitate the success of Latino private sector businesses in Pennsylvania.

and the Pennsylvania Association of Latino Organizations (PALO).
